How to enable LED&device wireless on Ubuntu 8.04.

After I installed Ubuntu 8.04 on my Laptop [Lenovo T60], it did not start wireless interface and LED wireless could not on too.

And this is my solution :

1. Enable Wireless interface
1.1 Open /etc/modprobe.d/options file :

# sudo vi /etc/modprobe.d/options

1.2 Add this line

options iwl3945 disable_hw_scan=1

2. Enable LED Wireless.

# sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-2.6.24-16-generic

linux-backports-modules-hardy-generic

3. Restart
